LEGACY SUPPORT: This Version is considered Legacy as it no longer receives support. It is recommended to use Kel9509 - Census Repository Facility as it is the updated version using the Mod DLLs. Because of the Mod DLLs this version remains available for users using versions of SC4 other than the Digital Windows version (1.1.641) but they will not be able to receive support if problems occur.
The regional residential, commercial and industrial capacities are also reported, as well as the thresholds of these values that are required to enable each growth stage.
Three versions are included, all of which are rewards, with the following requirements:
- The 2×2 Roundabout - 1 commercial CAMeLot has grown
- The 3×3 Colossus Park - 10 industrial CAMeLots have grown
- The 4×4 Colossus Park - 1 residential CAMeLot has grown

Kel9509 - Census Repository Facility
After 16 years from the release of RippleJet's Census Repository Facility v3.5 (since October 26, 2008), the Census Repository has been upgraded to take advantage of modern DLL functionality now available for Simcity4. There are also numerous fixes, one of them critical and some others identified by RippleJet himself subsequent to the release of version 3.5, which are now incorporated into the Census Repository query along with some other new features. This readme has been revised to reflect the new fixes and features.
