BSC jestarr Paramount Opera This is a lot I made for my French themed region, based on one by Badsim in his AntigOne MD. It comes as a transit enabled ploppable only.
Bear in mind it is TE'd only visually; vehicles or pedestrians will not cross the lot.
Uploader's (Tyberius06) note: This lot has not previously been released publicly. It was lingering at the back-end of the former BSC Exchange (aka Private LEX), where I found it. Jestarr was kind enough to revisit the content after his return, but it took a while that I finally found the time to upload it.

Installation:
To avoid conflicts, please, it is highly recommended to use any of the third party cleanitol tools and remove any previous versions from your plugins. In the ~Documents folder in the main ZIP you can find a Cleanitol_BSC Jestarr Paramount Opera.txt file and by using either the newer nos.17's SC4 Cleanitol or the older BSC Cleanitol tool you can search and remove old and outdated versions of these files.
Installation: Copy/Extract the BSC parent folder into your Plugins. If you extracted the ~Documents folder into your plugins, too, it's highly recommended to keep it, but move it out of the Plugins folder.
Un-Installing: To un-install the files, simply bulldoze every lot from this download in your cities and delete the files from the plugins folder afterwards.
