BSC YDR St Peters Basilica, Vatican St Peter's Basilica is located within the Vatican Cityin Rome.It is perhaps the largest church in Christianity and covers an area of 5.7 acres with a capacity of over 60,000 people. Although the basilica is not the Pope's official seat, it is his principal church.
This is a reward that will be offered to you when you have a regional population of 60,000, a Mayor Rating of at least 50 and have placed Chartres Cathedral, Notre Dame de Paris and Salzburg Cathedral - all by debussyman - in your city.**
**Special note for gameplay players: Currently and as far as I know at least a decade before SC4Devotion LEX was shut down, two out of the three of the above listed reward dependency have NOT been available for the public as the original author chose to lock them down/remove them. The Chartes Chathedral has been revisited (though with a new model and under a new LOT ID and therefore it will not support the reward triggering LUA script which needs the original lot with its original IID), but while the Notre Dame de Paris was planned to be revisited and re-released it has never happened so far.
Until a permament solution will be made, this upload is offered as "take it or leave it", and there is a high possibility that the content will be updated at some point in the future.
You can still access the building via cheat codes in-game. When you are in game you need to access the text field ( CTRL+X ) then write the following: you don't deserve it
This will allow you to access all the buildings (locked or hidden) in the menus.

Installation:
To avoid conflicts, please, it is highly recommended to use any of the third party cleanitol tools and remove any previous versions from your plugins. In the ~Documents folder in the main ZIP you can find a Cleanitol_BSC YDR St Peters Basilica, Vatican.txt file and by using either the newer nos.17's SC4 Cleanitol or the older BSC Cleanitol tool you can search and remove old and outdated versions of these files.
Installation: Copy/extract the BSC parent folder into your plugins. If you extracted the ~Documents folder into your plugins, too, it's highly recommended to keep it, but move it out of the Plugins folder.
Un-Installing: To un-install the files, simply bulldoze every lot from this download in your cities and delete the files from the plugins folder afterwards.
