I have designed 12 homes altogether, 6 left-handed and 6 right-handed – in other words, mirrored, for variety. The lefts and rights are separated into the 2 "…family.dat" files. I put these into 8 lots (2-1x1, 2-1x2, and 4-1x3), each designed to grow one of 6 homes at random; 4 lots for the lefts and 4 for the rights.

These first models, based on my parents' house and with ideas taken from some of the kit floor plans I found in the Sears online archives, feature a bumped-out dining room window and stairway landing, full-width front porch, front and side dormers (some models), and many choices of siding and roofing materials and colors.

Installation

Copy/extract the Homefryes folder into your plugins folder.

Un-Installing: To un-install the files, simply bulldoze every lot from this download in your cities and delete the files from the plugins folder afterwards.

Notes about Nightlighting Effects
In order to see the nightlighting, you must install the EP1-Update 1 for Rush Hour/Sim City 4 Deluxe, and then afterwards, install the SC4-Update for nightlighting (note: you have to be logged in in order to see the download link). If this update isn't installed, you won't see any lighting effects on custom BAT buildings.

The usage of this download is on your own risk. I try to test my lots extensively, so they should work properly, but errors may still exist. Feel free to modify the lots for yourself and show them in your city journals, but please don't distribute them without asking first.
