It also adds variety for those who enjoy rural region play where R$ residents reside. They will grow as long as there is demand for R$ and where there is low wealth desirability.

This SC4 Devotion LEX Legacy Pack features the Residential Houses by legendary BSC BATer SimGoober, which had been available on the Lot Exchange (LEX) at SC4 Devotion and also on the Simtropolis STEX. It includes the contents of 36 previously separate downloads (including one previously unavailable "lost" content, the Schmucker House).
After battling a number of technical issues, software incompatibility ultimately shuttered the LEX (at least in its familiar form from 2007 onward) in June 2023, and this package is designed to collect these dependencies in an easy-to-use form, allowing users to install them all in one go, or carefully select exactly which packs they wish to install.

Please note that this pack may receive updates in the near future. Do not redistribute without asking first, mostly as doing so would complicate efforts to properly maintain, update, and provide technical support for the pack.

Bear in mind this Lot Collection contains lots which will only grow/work if CAM (Colossus Addon Mod) is installed.
In this installer the CAM folder (which contains the CAM lots) is NOT selected by default, if you play with the Colossus Addon Mod and wish to use these CAMelots you need to select the folder manually when you run the installer.

Using many of those fantastic buildings that Xannepan made, I came up with a series of Residential blocks, for high wealth areas of your cities.

This package contains LOTS only. The buildings are available in prop packs, listed in the dependency section. If you don't get them, you will simplay see blank lots growing in your city.

All the lots have been updated with SC4PIM-X (X-tool), that had effect on occupancy and grow stages. The original lots were Stage 5 R$$$ growables, among the updated lots there are three which still will grow on stage 5, seven will grow on stage 6 and another three will grow on stage 7.

This building is modeled after a residential building located at 2 Rue de Chatillon in Paris 14th Arrondissement.

In the 1930ies many Dutch neighborhoods were built in a style dominated by brick and full of detail.
These houses are still very popular and they are being copied a lot since the 1990ies. But the models
in this set are made after the original 1930ies housing.
A double house is the poor man's villa: you almost have a house of your own, but it still is affordable
for the middle class.
