This is a texture Pack for up and coming lots by pat from ITC... This will be a required dependency... You can see the textures that are in this pack...

Installation:

Copy/Extract the ITC parent folder into your Plugins. If you extracted the ~Documents folder into you plugins too, it's highly recommended to keep it, but move it out of the Plugins folder.
