SOMY Danchi Apartments A set of apartments from SOMY. There are four different styles of low wealth residential buildings plus a water tower. These have been updated using SC4PIM and the models have been centred using cogeo's Model Tweaker.
There are three different style of 2x5 growable lot - the original style made by SOMY, a set of lots with a LH corner and a set with a RH corner. There is also a set of 5x2 low wealth residential lots.
There is a Cleanitol text file included as you will need to remove the original lots and models after you have bulldozed any existing lots from your cities. It is highly recommended to run the provided Cleanitol_SOMY Danchi Apartments.txt cleanitol file for the compilation with one of the following 3rd party cleanitol tools, which can help you remove the old packs or you can remove them manually:

Installation
Installation: Copy/Extract the SOMY parent folder into your Plugins. If you extracted the ~Documents folder into your plugins, too, it's highly recommended to keep it, but move it out of the Plugins folder.
Un-Installing: To un-install the files, simply bulldoze every lot from this download in your cities and delete the files from the plugins folder afterwards.
