Art128 - Hotel Novotel Front de Seine This building is located in the Front de Seine highrise area in the 15th Arrondissement of Paris. The area includes residential, offices and hotel highrise buildings that are built on a concrete slab with service roads and stuff underneath.
This building was originally made for my personal use in an attempt to create an area inspired by the Front de Seine. I've decided to create it while keeping in mind how it can be used as a stand alone building. As such the side of the slabs can be put on 7.5m high embankments. Or not if you don't want to. Be creative etc.
Seeing as it's a Hotel, I've made it a growable CS$$$ in game, sitting on a 5x5 lot.
Installation:
Copy/Extract EITHER the art128 parent folder (non-cam version of the growable lot) OR the CAM parent folder (CAM version of the lot) into your Plugins. Do NOT use both of them at the same time! If you've extracted the ~Documents folder you may remove it from the Plugins, but keep it in a safe location.
Again, choose and install only ONE of the folders from this upload.
