This is another one of those projects where I had a small idea that just got out of hand. I originally just thought it would be fun to try making a large scale grain elevator. The idea came about from walking along the river in my hometown of Saginaw, Michigan. There are a number of large elvators, mainly sugar, that front the water and can load over the river. It struck me as a missing piece for the game so I thought I'd give it a shot. The canal and rail lines came into play and eventually the whole thing turned into a sprawling complex.
This was such a group effort that I almost feel guilty about releasing it under my name. The canal pieces are only possible because SimGoober shared his models with the community. Countless people gave me input that influenced the final look of this. Jestarr made so many custom props for this that I can't stop thanking him (you'll probably notice that in the credits too). Jestarr also made the lot and made the whole thing "work."
There are two versions for this lot. One uses SimGoober's canals. The other does not. Both lots are transit enabled for rail as well as street access.
CHANGE LOG for Version 2
- Updated transit properties to meet with current days MTA/NAM standards
- added freight ferry CAN-AM support for the lot with SG Canal transition.
- Adjusted property values
- General cleanup after the LEX Restoration and Project ZIP efforts, which means the formerly included models and textures now can be found in respective dependency packs (see Dependency list below)
To avoid conflicts, please, it is highly recommended to use any of the third party cleanitol tools and remove any previous versions from your plugins. In the ~Documents folder in the main ZIP you can find a Cleanitol_BSC JB Chelsea Mills.txt file and by using either the newer nos.17's SC4 Cleanitol or the older BSC Cleanitol tool you can search and remove old and outdated versions of these files.
Installation:
Copy/extract the BSC parent folder into your plugins. If you extracted the ~Documents folder into your plugins, too, it's highly recommended to keep it, but move it out of the Plugins folder.
Un-Installing: To un-install the files, simply bulldoze every lot from this download in your cities and delete the files from the plugins folder afterwards.

Creadits:
A very special thanks to Jestarr for the amazing amount things he did for this one! He made the trucks, barges, and rail cars. He did the lot and modding as well. This release definitely would not have happened if it weren't for him. Thanks (as always!) to the entire BSC Team for all the kind help and instruction. Thanks also to all the people who enjoy what I do in my free time!
